[SPayLater] How do I pay for SPayLater bills?

You can pay your SPayLater bills from the SPayLater page on the Shopee app using the available payment methods (ShopeePay, Payment Center e-Wallet, OTC, and Online Payment).

Go to the Me tab > SPayLater > Pay Now > Current Bill > Pay Now > select a payment method > CONFIRM > proceed with the payment process.

Once your payment is successful, you'll receive a notification under the Wallet Updates folder. Your remaining SPayLater limit should also reflect an updated amount within 24 hours after payment is completed.
We recommend using ShopeePay for your payment to be reflected real-time.
⚠️ Note • Payments made Over-the-Counter or through Online Payment take a few days before the partner processes them. You can also try using InstaPay for repaying your SPayLater Bills. • Cash-On-Delivery (COD) and Credit Card payment options are not accepted for SPayLater. • All orders that have been completed (you have confirmed you have received them by tapping on the Order Received button) within the Billing Cycle will be included in your next bill. For example, an order completed on June 5 will be included in the bill due on July 15. |
Making an early repayment for SPayLater
You can pay your SPayLater bill in advance. To pay your upcoming bills in advance, go to SPayLater wallet > select Pay Now or Pay Early > under Upcoming Bill, tick the box corresponding to the month of the bill you want to pay > select Pay Now > choose Payment Method > Pay in Full.
Viewing SPayLater transactions
View a full list of your transactions on the SPayLater Transaction page.
Go to the Me tab > SPayLater > select Transaction

You may see SPayLater transactions with different labels:
Outgoing transactions
Installment - payment in monthly installments
BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) - payment within the following month from the order date
Incoming transactions
Refunds
Select any relevant transaction item to view more details.
⚠️ Note • If you face any technical issues when trying to make payment for SPayLater, close and reopen your Shopee app. Try troubleshooting if this doesn't work. • If your payment process was incomplete, check the SPayLater page to see if the amount was deducted or contact Shopee Customer Service. |
